I was just in and out but was impressed by the grounds. The view is amazing
This is a higher end apartment/townhouse place so expect it to be more pricey. That said it is a wonderful place. The apartments and townhouses are gorgeous, the kitchens are amazing and spacious. The community includes a pool, gym, playground, dog park, walking trails, a small basketball court, and they host community events regularly. The roads are maintained by the community and they do an impeccable job in the winter to keep the roads clear on the big hill. Definitely recommend living here. Also it’s pet friendly even for “high danger” breeds such as pit bulls and germ Shepard’s.
Beautiful views of the Kanawha Valley, up and down the Kanawha River. Eagle View Restaurant offers you a beautiful overlook of the awesome views. Downside ~ You have to call ahead to the Restaurant to get a code to the gated community gate, to enter in order to get to the restaurant. Then once you get past the gate you have a very steep up hill drive that feels like it last forever. Then upon leaving going back down off the hill you have to ride your brakes so much you can only pray that they still will work when you get to the bottom.
It's a badass place to live and know that
Great place to live. Great dog park for big dogs and small dogs.
