Nice clean store with alot of products but that doesnt matter if they dont have what you are looking for.which in my case they didnt
My sister and I went to look for a christmas gift for my mom here. A pair of running shoes. Once this polite gentlemen saw us in his vicinity he was more than ecstatic to help us with what he needed. Sadly the shoes were not in store but we received excellent customer service from a gentlemen named Trace. He was more than kind, attentive, and went above and beyond in regards to what we asked of him initially. This man deserves a raise.
Found what I went for fast speedy checkout
Today I visited your store and walked away feeling as if the associate had assumed I was a shop lifter. I was followed all over the store, he interrupted my shopping a couple times during this visit. I hate that he assumed that I was a thief and follow me around. My visit was stopped short due to the stores associate creating a guided tour feeling throughout my experience. I feel dishearted to say this, but I will no longer shop at this location if such culture continues to exist within the walls of the facility
Horrible customer service from the cashier. He wasn't even going to give me a bag for my items. He had a really bad attitude. I won't be coming back to this location. Purchased a kayak and he offered me no help getting it out of the store.
