I didn't use these guys for service, but I feel like people who are thinking about using them should be aware of the disgraceful actions of this company before signing up with them. My next door neightbor, who is 92 years old's son, told me that these two guys who are a part of this company trespass this sweet old man's home without permission and looked through his medications while also trying to find the old man's checkbook to make a repair on his chimney which they were NOT asked to do and fix. What a disgrace. They came in telling him they were going to inspect the roof but went through his paperwork and mail and everything in the house before the son came home. Luckily, they were caught on camera of their actions but imagine if that wasn't there. I'd recommend to not use them from what they did to that sweet old man. It's a disgrace for anyone who scam sweet old people.
After a recent hail storm, I had roof, gutter and window damage.nAboveboard did a wonder job replacing all the hail damage, and they worked with my insurance.nThe crew did a wonderful job, and were not put off by my steep metal roofnKeith, the owner, was very responsive, answered all my questions promptly and did what he said he would do. That is not a common trait any more.nI will, without reservations, refer him to my friends when they need new roof
