During the recent freeze/storm we had in dallas, our house flooded and they came in to assess the damages. We decided to not use their services and hired another company to do the job that was more professional and fair on their pricing. They have now sent us an invoice for $1500 for two air dyers they left at our house and taking out the wet carpet. At no point did they inform me they will be charging for the disposal of the carpet. In the interest of fairness even though I was not expecting to be charged, I offered to pay what’s reasonable per industry norm ($530)and they threatened me. I think it’s unfair to try to take advantage of consumers during such difficult times and I do believe they are price gauging (Demanding an exorbitant or excessive price) and I do intend to report them to Texas Attorney General.
We used Green Nation to add on to our patio last Summer ! Things were a bit bumpy during the project due to the pandemic ud83dude37 but the owner Steve Rogers came to the rescue for the most part, along with his assistant Karl☺ufe0f! They pulled it off in the end leaving us with this beautiful outdoor paradise! Hopefully we can entertain this Summer. Have had so many neighbors ask for their info but I’m like do I really want my neighbors backyards to look like ours ud83eudd14??
We are very happy to have chosen green nation. They were quick, and easy to work with it. They did an amazing job and we were so impressed with the quality of the roof and that how they took their time to do a thorough job. They did not rush nor took any shortcuts. We highly recommend Steve and his team. You will not be disappointed.
Very professional, timely and competitive in their pricing. Was a joy, and frankly easy to do business with them. Green nation replace my roof and did an amazing job. I’ve had the most pleasant experience dealing with Green Nation. They are extremely nice people. I love that they’re a family owned company and they’re always very laid back when dealing with me. No pressure and always very informative. They have done an excellent job replacing my roof and I’m now looking forward for the home addition they’re starting in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for an honest company who will also provide high quality work for a fairly low price.
