My husband and I had our roof and gutters replaced by Texas Direct. I usually do not write reviews, but I just had to share the GREAT experience we had with them. We are very picky people when it comes to spending our hard earned money on big ticket items on our home. They did not disappoint!nnOur Project Manager, Justin Garvey, was outstanding!! He was polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and a stickler for detail. He made us feel that we were his only clients and was constantly available to us to answer any questions or concerns we had. He has actually kept in touch with us months after our roof and gutters were finished!! I feel like we have made a long term friendship with him! LOLnnThe roof turned out beautifully and we were 100% satisfied. We are now looking to Texas Direct to replace our windows and remodel our bathroom. Thank you Justin for making our roofing painless and for your personal touch to customer service and quality. Great job Texas Direct!
I've needed roofs replaced in the past so knew what to expect. After speaking to several companies, I decided on Texas Direct. As the work progressed, I became more & more impressed and happy with my decision. I have rarely experienced working with someone as professional, intelligent and thorough as Justin Garvey, the Project Manager. He was here every day ensuring everything was done correctly. I am very aware of details. If I had a question or was not pleased with something, he took the time to discuss it with me and ensure I was completely satisfied. He coordinated everything with the insurance company. Ultimately all the gutters were replaced, house entirely painted, the fence stained.....and of course, the best looking roof in the neighborhood. Justin is such a caring person, he even replaced the light bulb in my garage. I could not praise Justin or Texas Direct more highly.
This company did a wonderful job on my roof, patio covers, and gutters. The project manager Justin Garvey was awesome-always keeping me informed and helping me understand the insurance claims reports. During the project it was discovered that the previous roof we had put on (by a not to be named company) had been installed incorrectly. Not only did they fix the incorrect work but made sure that damage to my siding (by the other company) was made to look like new. I am very impressed with this company and highly recommend them.
Justin Garvey, the Project Manager, was very responsive and professional, not to mention a very nice and respectful guy. He answered all my questions and personally was here on site as the work was being done. He handled the forms to the HOA and the insurance company. Altogether a very professional young man and attentive to the job at hand. I would not hesitate to recommend Justin and Texas Direct for one's roofing and remodelling needs.
Getting a roof replaced can be stressful. However, Matt and Justin made this experience extremely stress-free. I sincerely appreciated their professionalism and attentiveness to my concerns.
