They had their nail guns turned up too high and shot the nails through the shingles and high nailed the shingles leaving the shingles very acceptable to wind damage. Which resulted in half my roof blowing off after only four years and leaving me to fight with insurance to get it replaced. I would give them negative stars if I could!!!

We called a lot of roofers. A lot. Over 20. We almost never got a call back and it was becoming frustrating. We're under contract to buy a home and needed an estimate so that we could close. We called MK and they actually picked up the phone on the 1st ring. They sent Chase out the next morning. He was responsive, professional, and on time. It was a flawless experience. We're still working on closing - but I wanted to leave a positive review while it was still fresh on my mind. I feel very comfortable in recommending them and their service. : )

We had a great experience working with MK Custom Roofing. They assisted us in the review and analysis of our roof for our residence, they supported us in working with our insurance company and once the claim was cleared to proceed, they demoed and replaced the entire roof in one day. The staff was absolutely a pleasure to work with, they were very knowledgeable of the process of working with the insurance group and explained each step prior to the process. They did such a great job on our home that we used them on two other properties that we own.nnWe would recommend this group if you have any type of roofing needs.nnJim & Lesli McKee

Worst experience.nCommercial building rubber roof install is completely faulty. Also water runs right behind gutters. Entire building compromised due to lack of knowledge.

We had our roof replaced by MK custom roofing a few weeks ago after interviewing 3 different contractor...Landon and April were awesome to work with...the work started on time and they had a big enough crew there to complete the job by late afternoon the same day... the crew were just great and worked very hard in the heat and humidity...we were very pleased with the finished job and would recommend them to anyone !!!
