I contacted Eric at Patriot Roofing and he came out and did a survey of the damage from the storms and even sent me pictures. He also provided an estimate to replace the gutters as they were also damaged but still functional.nnI highly recommend Patriot Roofing as Eric kept me aware every step of the way of when he would arrive and sent pictures. Sent me text so my wife could unlock the gate and bring the dogs in so he and his team can fix the damage. After he finished he sent pictures of the completed project. I will definitely call Patriot Roofing DFW after the next storm and this being Texas there will be more.

Guy and Eric were fantastic. They helped me get the insurance claim after the insurance company refused to accept there are hail damages to the roof. The process went very smooth. The customer service didn’t end after the roof installation. Guy and Eric stopped by couple of times to make sure everything in order and made sure the yard is clean too.nnHad a small issue with one of the vents after few months, and Guy was here immediately after my short text.nnAbsolutely happy with their service and highly recommend if you like to have a trouble free service.

Eric and Rusty just finished another roof for me this week. I can't say enough about how they are honest, do great work, and help with the insurance company when they push back on some of the repairs. They have now completed 4 roof replacements for me, I fully trust them with my future roof repairs needed. Thanks guys, you have a great team!nnEric from Patriot roofing has taken care of 3 roofing projects including my personal home and two rental properties. He was extremely helpful with the insurance company to ensure my roof was fully covered from the hail damage that occurred. Also, he took care of the entire process with my renters so I didn’t have manage the process. Also, to minimize disruption, they had several crews to install the roofs in one day! I will continue to use them for my other houses as necessary. I trust Eric and his team, Patriot does great work!

There guys were amazing! Insurance kept denying claim, other roofers bailed. They helped me fight the insurance company every step of the way. And when there was an issue with one aspect of the roof installation, they took responsibility and made it right. SO IMPRESSED with this company that I had them replace a second roof on our rental property. Great service, great roofs! Always on time, on schedule, communicated well.

I got my roof replaced by Patriot Roofing recently. Eric, Rusty, and Mark were all exceptionally helpful during the roof install process as well as the follow-up with insurance paperwork etc. I highly recommend the services of Patriot Roofing without any hesitation.
