Absolutely the best place to buy a bike and or accessories! The customer service is absolutely outstanding! Love this store! I'm revved up for cycling as the weather heats up. The pandemic had its great moment of introducing cycling as a family sport!nnI'm anticipating something great from Trek taking over Bicycle Ink!
I had great conversation with staff in there, and I like that they talked to me like I could actually be someone into biking despite the fact that I am fat. This is not always the case. I also appreciated that their mechanics were polite about working on my recumbent trike. Yes I know they are a pain to work on, but sometimes I need a bit of help keeping things running 100%.
They provide great service without trying to sell you the most expensive item in the store. An excellent and stable group of folks.
Always helpful and friendly staff in sales, parts and service. Great selection of bikes, parts and accessories for your bike. If you need jerseys, shorts, shoes or other gear, they can take good care of you.
