The team at PNW Specialty Pharmacy are super friendly people. I use them 2 - 3 times per month and they always take care of my needs fast and efficiently. A+
My pupperdoo Jax had some things going on and vet prescribed medication for him that I couldn't get at my local pharmacy. I had the prescription sent to Pacific NW Specialty pharmacy. They were able to take care of my puppers very quickly and flavor the medication for him so he would take it better!!
Meticulously careful with their preparations including non active ingredients.
Terrible service. It took months to get my original consultation and my last refill took 3 weeks. They don't return calls or emails, they have consistently been unable to process insurance, and if you are speaking to them and they say they will look something up and call you back...well...I'm still waiting on a call from a week ago.
