Managers try and are pleasant people, but that doesn't compensate for running our of hot water and nothing for breakfast. When in a COVID works send to me you could offer individually wrapped rolls, or breakfast sandwiches. Other hotels do.
Much nicer than the motel down town for sure. Definitely worth the little bit of extra money. Nice pillows, bed and appliances.

Wonderful people who care about the locals during this crazy ice storm !! And they are truly pet friendly !! The other hotel has a 20lb limit... Nice big rooms and very comfortable beds !
We stayed for 1 night. The hardwood floors were coming apart, the bed sheets had holes, there were no cups for coffee in the room, there was little too no hot water, i found a hairball on my towel and there was nothing to offer for breakfeast. When i asked about coffee cups he went and got them but i would only ever come back if i despratley needed a bed and warmth/AC.
