Holiday Inn Express & Suites Paris

The room was nice with the exception of neither room phone working, nor there being blankets or pillows for the foldout couch. We booked this room specifically for the indoor pool, checked in after our long drive around 7:30 just to be told the pool is out of order for the night. There are plenty of other hotels I would have booked at instead seeing as how we specifically booked at this hotel so that our kiddos could swim. All in all I would have taken the $130 & booked at another hotel that has the amenities that they advertise having.

We really enjoyed our stay with you.The young lady at the front desk was very nice .Our room was great the bed was comfortable even the pillows were great. For breakfast they had yummy Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. They had yogurt cereal oatmeal juice .Plenty of choices .all employees we encountered were polite and professional. Thank you .will reccomend your hotel.

Been here 2 almost 3 weeks. No one has attempted to exchange sheets, towels, toilet paper rolls. Washed towels myself, bought my own toilet paper. They don't tell you when getting the room that maid service is per request.( thx you Head of Housekeeping-she is awesome- 3 Stars for You). I had a late checkout for one o'clock. started moving my things out around 12:30, I pass up the (2)maids in the hallway. she says have a nice day, I told her I am not finished yet. I go downstairs to put things in my car. I come back to the room to find that someone has started to turn down the bed. I called the front office cause I could not find a maid on the 3rd floor. It made me feel as if she waited for me to go down the elevator to rummage through my things because I told her I was not finished yet.( I had a Gun, a backpack and some pots in the room,, clearly i wasn't finished even if i did not tell you i was) The guy at lobby counter told me the person from last night didn't put that I had a late checkout. Which was a Lie because the maids didn't bother me tell 12.45-12:50 so obviously they got the message from last night about my late departure but him lying about the lack of a message makes me feel like he is the ringleader and needs to be investigated. Scanning their items upon check-in, he already knows what room they are in, all that's left is to info the maids.

Staff was nice. Unfortunately the room wasn't cleaned properly, the shower drain was clogged, but worse of all, the bed was broken ud83dude10

The shower had hair in it as well as the floor in the bathroom. I mean wads of hair. No other rooms available. A sweet kid named Dillon came up and cleaned the room for us since housekeeping wasn't available. He was great and wanted us happy. I still marked a 3 star since the bathroom was dirty at checkin.
