Our room had not been vacuumed. Still not serving breakfast. Comfy bed though.
When making asked for room close to elevator, any floor because I walk with cane. Fairly close to elevator on 2nd floor. But after walking one end to the other, no ice. Called desk, ice on 1st or 3rd floor. Real smart for room assignment. Not very happy .
Stayed twice; 1st visit was great; clean and pleasant; food options limited on both stays to breakfast in a bag. 2d stay found large food remnant and seeds all over the floor, which were dragged back into the bed when we got up. This stay was unpleasant.
Prior to reservation we were told there would be a hot breakfast. Instead we got bag with a juice and a bun. What are we , TWELVE!!
