I'm actually quite impressed!nThe rooms are very cute and clean! The bathrooms are VERY spacious & bright!nAnd! The staff are all super friendly!!nTotally exceeded my expectations! Great job!! Thank y'all!!

Not a bad hotel for the price, really my only problem with the stay was my fiance with bitten by a dog that was staying at the hotel and when I reported that he had been bitten they said that they would take care of it but they never did anything about it. I have 2 dogs of my own So please don't think I have anything against pets in hotels I just think that the hotel should have done something about the aggressive dog (aggressive even when owner is holding the dog on a leash and the dog is still allowed to attack unprovoked)

First room we got the key/card would not work and had to be changed to a different room. Told her I would even take a lower floor room. She told me they only had top floor available. Clearly could see plenty of ground level rooms empty. We get a new key and a new room. The room smelled so we had to go back downstairs to get air freshener out of the truck. The floors were dirty as if they had not been swept at all from previous stays. Bathroom seemed decent until I seen the hair on the floor but it wasn't swept well regardless and some sort of trash was on the counter. The shower walls weren't cleaned properly and the curtain and towels were noticeably stained, as well as the sheets on at least one of the double beds (even though I purchased a king room).

Good price but VERY unclean. The floors were incredibly dirty. Surfaces were covered in dust. Found a fingernail and dirt between the sheets. It appeared that a brown liquid had been spilled on the sheets in one bed. Drawers had dirt and other debris in them. The room had obviously not been cleaned when we checked in

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great place to stay in Paris Texas
