Nice modern facility but did not get the top floor as requested with 2 week reservation.
I prefer my suites at specialty hotels but for this area not bad.
I have been using this Hampton Inn for about 2 years now. They have always went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I checked in a day ago and the manager Latanya was amazing, I mentioned Dr. Pepper and she brought me 2 bottles to my room. This lady is amazing with a awesome attitude and 100% customer service ud83dudc95ud83dudc95. Every staff members I saw were also very happy and friendly. Nice to find a gem like this, to the staff thank you, you made my special day and stay memorable ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc95
The staff was just not friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and it seemed as if it was just plain drudgery to be at work. I travel to this city a lot and usually stay at Holiday Inn, but it was full. I’ll make sure to book early next time so I don’t have to have to stay here.
Was clean, smelled good, staff were super friendly. They now serve little wine glasses and beer among some snacks.
