Stayed for over a week. Great stay, clean facility. Breakfast and front desk staff were great. We were helping other business in the area, and they helped us with a lot of information which made us help the people much more efficiently. But got banned by the owner because of false information provided to them by some manager about us trying to recruit their employees. Hope the owner realizes Hotel tiers and pay rate tiers. A small business in this area cannot afford to match their employee pay.nnBut regardless, I cannot let that hurt the business in general, because the employees were amazing and always tending to guests needs. Staff is super friendly! I'm super glad breakfast wasn't just a warmed up Jimmy Dean sandwich like other hotels during the pandemic so having a real breakfast was great! Rooms were clean. Best part was the staff! really friendly, super accommodating and very helpful. Hand sanitizer everywhere and masks are required
We stayed one night. The room was clean and well-maintained. It was a little bit noisy because it was on the first floor near the tables, but not too bad. We originally planned to stay in Kerrville, but forgot it was spring break, so no rooms there. We were glad to find this place before they sold out too.
Very nice hotel, just had some neighbors that did not respect the time of night that others were sleeping
Clean. No floor mat in the bathroom though. And although there were signs all over to wear masks, no one was except for one employee. No other guests were wearing masks. Actually, didn't seem like anyone in the whole town wore masks.nUpdate: To the owner who responded, I have the correct hotel and location. My response was my first impression of what I saw when we arrived. Front desk person was not wearing a mask. The next day, at breakfast, there were a few more guests wearing masks. I realize you cannot control what guests do. Employees were wearing masks, from what we could see that morning also.
