Very nice staff and the rooms are spotless and well cared for. Like a home away from home!
Made reservations, they took the reservations even though they were booked completely. Than decided without my knowledge or trying to inform me, they refunded it to Expedia and forced me to find another hotel last minute on arrival.
This hotel is always my preferred choice when traveling to this area. The staff is always professional and go above and beyond to take care of my needs. The hotel is always clean with a fresh scent. My room attendants show so much care and, are too, attentive to my requests. The manner in which the staff cares for me shows me that the management are on top of their job and ensure excellent customer service and cleanliness. The manager I speak to regularly even remembers my name and is always with a smile on her face, welcoming me back each time I return.
Owner drives a Maserati and owns 8 hotels and can’t get a treadmill fixed or replaced. How are us fat guys suppose to get in shape.
