Very nice. The staff maintains a clean hotel
I stayed there for one day I was supposed to stay longer but I checked out due to the room having mold and smelly.. some of housekeepers were nice and others would wear clothes that you shouldn’t be wearing to work.. that’s is unprofessional.. Pool is all green and nasty and full of frogs!!
I stay here every week for work. The staff is always friendly and gets me checked in fast. Oilfield hotels are a dime a dozen and this place was built with oilfield in mind so always room for improvement. Its just in the little things they do to make your stay better, joking with you, asking about your day, opening breakfast early, holding it late if you call down. The staff and management are just genuinely friendly which is not the case at most oilfield hotels. Id say the areas that need improving are beyond staff control, property is just a bit dated, but they keep it clean and the service along with that will always make it my choice.
Needs some updating,carpet is old and furniture is outdated. The bed was super firm!
Great hotel. Keep your eye out for where you stay in Kenedy. Many hotels are nice, many are not. Holiday Inn met my expectations. Only wish they had a grill outside for customer use.
