Hotel was clean and the front desk lady was AMAZING! We came down a little late for breakfast and she left everything out so we could eat. Super friendly, I would definitely stay here again
rooms were decent. Had problems with one of the male hotel managers from having him yell at the hotel staff down the hall while we were trying to sleep to the point we had to go out an say something. Same manager was incredibly rude to us when we were trying to extend our room a week after already staying there for over a month. Will be gladly taking our business else where. Other than the manager the hotel was great and i would give it 4 out 5 stars
The breakfast is what I most look forward to after a stay. The breakfast consisted of hot/cold. Cereal, waffles, eggs, Biscuits, apple juice, coffee, etc... it was great! I loved my breakfast along with my room. I stayed for 2 1/2 days. The employees were always quick to serve me, comfort me, help me, or of any room service I requested. My last morning there I did experience I guess “the boss” or “man” speaking with employees in a certain tone I did not appreciate nor did I think they deserve. We all live/work to meet certain expectations, and we learn by our mistakes. But it can be learned or brought to employees attention in a meeting room (not in breakfast area with guests) for guest to hear. Overalll thank you ladies and gentlemen for a great clean, well serviced stay! I’ll be back!
Tried to cancel but wouldn't let me, changed the price of my stay without telling me. Room was nice and breakfast was good.
The atmosphere was hospitable and relaxed, rather than clinical and anxious. Moreover, they actually served some hot items in the breakfast bar area.
