Asked for a quiet room. It was everything but quiet!! A bus full of teenage kids yelling and running around. Some of the teachers and parents were even louder! They had a awards ceremony outside our room!! The front desk refused to do anything about it!! They refused to discount the room or move us to another room!! The room was definitely not cleaned either!nThey said there was waffles for breakfast - big lie. Just cereal.
The only good thing about this stay was the lady at the front counter. They had one room left which was the executive suite and was charged over $200 when I arrived after 1 am. The room smelled like it hasn’t been stayed in for a long time, the tv remotes didn’t work and for two bedrooms they only had one towel. I arrived to the vending machine being broken into and did not feel safe for me and my children. I asked the person at the front counter the normal rate for that room and it was less than what I was charged. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
This hotel is always clean, quiet and any staff interaction I have is always pleasant. My room was very comfortable and well appointed. I was able to park nearby so getting in and out was easy. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sulphur springs for any length of time.
We had a wonderful room with lots of space on the bottom floor. Breakfast was very sparse with dry cereals and snacks. Staff was very friendly and responsive.
Wonderful property, with great service, they have studio room whichnhave more spacious then any hotel i stayed around area and with very affordable price
