I wasn't impressed with the apartments, the property itself and the way it was advertised was not what I expected when I got there. When I got there I saw some place that was a little rough and it wasn't what I was expecting from what was advertised I was a little disappointed because the pictures of the apartments were awesome it was very disappointing.
My boyfriend worked here and they have still yet to pay him 3 weeks later. Infested with black mold, rats, and roaches. They are scumbags, and rude as hell.
They are horrible....we have not had hot water since we moved in over almost 2 months ago, they will not fix it and expect full rent next month again....I don't think so....BEWARE!!!
Have been here 6 years. Owners fine; managing company no - repair complaints go unresolved. Bugs, noisy tenents, no soundproofing. Still, it does offer shelter a a lower cost, if you qualify.
I love these apartments. It is nice and quiet. Maintenance team is awesome as well. I really enjoy living here. I know it does look a bit older from the outside but actually the interior remodeled units are completely refurbished and gorgeous with all new of everything including even stainless appliances
