This was Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Kenny made my wife and I’s experience here great! This company could not have hired a better management team! Extremely clean, friendly and an all around great place to stay! They treat you like family and that is why I am leaving this review.nThank you for an awesome experience and we will be telling everyone about this hotel! The newly renovated rooms are top notch! If anyone needs a place to stay in Sulphur Springs this I the only place to stay!
Room was on the smaller side but was clean and comfortable. The person in front was new so check in took a good amount of time and one of our cards wasn’t activated.nnWe had an issue with our TV and it took a while to get someone to come up and look at it. Seemed like they were short staffed for the evening with a full hotel.
Very clean stay and helpful staff! Kenny and the over night girl (so sorry I didn’t catch her name) were so tentative for all our needs. Highly recommend!
The whole experience was great. The office lady was very helpful and even recommended the perfect place for dinner and night life. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were inviting. The only problem I had was we were right next to the back(side) door in the morning we were woke up by people going in and out. The breakfast was amazing. The real deal with eggs, waffles, biscuits sasuage ect.....
Fantastic customer service, friendly staff, and very clean. Special thanks to the manager for being so accommodating. Best stay in Hopkins County.
