Royal Inn Motel

I like the owner and service from this Motel, right off the Highway and restaurant that you can walk too.nI'd stay here again no questions asked.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The rooms are nice and clean.

This was a nightmare of an experience. The first room that we were sent to occupy had the refrigerator sitting outside the front door and the door leading into the room from the outside was nearly off of its hinges. Once inside the room it was depressingly dark with a strange musty odor. The mattress needs replacing and placed on a frame period. My husband went to the front desk and expressed his concerns about the condition of the room. We were sent to another room. The second room was more disappointing than the first. The air conditioner was in the top of an inside wall. The strange musty odor was in this room also. The mattresses and box springs were on the floor. There were 3 full sized beds in the room. Out of curiosity I pulled the covers back to see underneath and there were crickets in between the sheets. I wouldn’t even go into the bathrooms of either room. I went to the office and demanded a full refund and was granted the full refund immediately. The manager arrived and asked me why I wanted a refund. Once I began describing the first room she identified it by number without me providing it to her. I explained the second room to her and she asked what kind of bug was in the bed. I told her it didn’t matter what kind of bug it was. It was in the bed. She explained that they had been having the facility sprayed for crickets. I told her that it was exactly the bug that was in the bed. Don’t waste your time here. Disgusting facility. If I could give it a negative star I would. I would also recommend this facility to be shut down and condemned.

This hotel SUCKED. The air-conditioner made noises ALL night. Shower curtain had mold, stuff running down bathroom wall, bed had no sheet, & only 7 channels came in out of 68 on the TV. There was only enough toilet paper to use the bathroom twice each for me & my husband.

Only nice thing was thr lady checking me in.
