This hotel was clean and offered thhe amenities we like such as continental breakfast, coffee in the room. The room was comfy and had everything we needed . The exterior was also nice and clean. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. The only problem was that it's an older hotel so the floors creaked a lot fro the guests upstairs.
I really recommend this hotel.. the staff are the best always very attentive of what we needed they made my family feel at home. We stayed here for 3 mths and I have nothing bad to say about the staff or the hotel just that they are the best of the best .
I was really surprised the front clerk couldn't find our reservation which was booked through a 3rd party company. So instead of making us got through the process she honored our word and got us processed in a few minutes even though she was on her way out the door and the rooms were clean in appearance no weird odors,the carpet was not hard or rough in texture its a decent lay over hotel I'll be back
Clean and quiet, staff was happy and friendly! Very nice, will stay again when we come back to Commerce!
This hotel is disgusting! Walls are filthy and floors are nasty. This was a last resort option for me because of no power or water in the city. WOULD NOT stay here ever again.
