Stayed on property for almost 2 years, Roy is a great guy! What the description fails to note is the easy access to 8,100 acre National Wildlife Refuge, with hiking, biking and equestrian opportunities just across the street. Roy is an excellent host and talented woodworker; and the lodge incorporates the natural beauty of Caddo Lake. Very remote and quiet. Fishing guides are available or just fish from the dock.

The title doesn't lie, it was an awesome time. Very clean and great view, the fishing was great and the fishing shanty was a blast. Defiantly going back when duck season starts.
