David was my contact. He was with me every step of the process from the claim, the inspection, material delivery and repair. When the material was delivered it was scheduled to rain the next day, he came out of covered every piece of material to make sure it was dry for installation. We have dogs and he personally made sure every nail possible was picked up around the house. I was very happy with the final product and the customer service we received. I recommend 1st choice roofing and construction as a solid company and a great experience.

We contacted 1st Choice Roofing & Construction after a hail storm to inspect our roof. Upon their feedback we decided to contact our insurance agent. Much to our surprise the insurance company's representative agreed that we needed the roof replaced. We used 1st Choice for the work. The stripping of the old roof and putting on the new roof with attic vents was completed in 1 day. They hand nailed - by our request - all roof layers in a 96 degree day, so the crew put in quite an effort. Our biggest concern was the clean up afterward since we have dogs and a 4 year old. I found only a few left behind nails, which is understandable seeing as the nails hide easily in the St. Augustine grass. We were quite pleased with the quality of the work. The first test of that quality came in the form of TS Beta and the new roof performed as anyone would want or expect. We would use 1st Choice again to do a roof replacement or repair. Nick C. was our 1st choice roof point of contact.

I called 1st Choice Roofing when I had a leak in my kitchen. Nick Chavez came out the very next day and pinpointed exactly what the problem was and proposed a very reasonable quote to fix the lead. Additionally, he identified some storm damage on my roof that may qualify me for a new roof less my deductible. Thanks to Nick, we qualified for a brand new roof. His team were remarkable and they finished the entire job in two days. I highly recommend contacting Nick Chavez over there if you have any issues at all with your roof.

We’ve been using 1st Choice Roofing & Construction for years. They fixed our issues with our old house and then fixed some issues with our new home. We’ve dealt with Rene and David and have been very pleased with their professionalism and quality of work. They are honest and dependable and will not try to sell services that aren’t needed. We trust them 100% and we will continue to use them and tell everyone about them.
