My husband and I had our wedding in Tomball, TX and had reserved a room block here for 1/16/2021. We had reserved our hotel room for the night of the wedding several months in advance. My husband had received and email DURING the time we were getting ready for our wedding (around 11:30am) asking if we still needed the room for our wedding. Of course, he was not going to check his email the day of our wedding, that was the least of his worries. We already had a credit card on file to pay for the night. They never confirmed that the hotel room was canceled. When we got there around 10:00PM they stated that someone on the day-shift had canceled our reservation, there were no hotel rooms available for us to stay in and we had to drive 10 minutes to a different hotel on our wedding night. There was not much we could do but found it very frustrating that the day-of we were not called by the staff nor given any notice before hand.
BEAUTIFUL
Location is excellent as is right off the Highway, almost next door to a plaza and near one of the major streets in Tomball. Love this place. Daphne and everyone else there are amazing! Very clean, staff is very friendly and they go out their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. Stayed here for a couple of months and would go back if needed. Great place.
Great place. Hope the front desk could be kind in these days as we people in various Marriott grades like diamond, silver and gold come and we get worst treatment . Morning staff during breakfast was bad and we did not get break fast for 4 days as front desk refused saying no delivery by truck etc. Is this guest issue of hotel mgmt
Pleasant and wanted to say how does people gain access to one's room,when gone. Hhmmm.
