Everything was nice and clean. The cleaning people could be seen all the time making rounds. The front desk people were very polite. I liked that they had continental breakfast pre-packaged and in a fridge so you could get it there and go up to your room. There is a lot nearby for your comfort, like restaurants that are familiar and plenty of stores.

Best kept secret in Tomball, TX for places to stay. The General Manager, Raymond and his staff like Diane, are very accommodating. They have gone above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and convenient. Rooms are very clean with comfy beds. Extended stay with complimentary laundry facilities is great! I'm a Diamond member with Hilton so I've stayed at a few hotels. I will drive a little further to stay here. They are always friendly. Hilton service overall has diminished in my opinion except here, they still recognize you as an Honors member, they offer you water. (last 4 stays at other Hilton properties, I've had to ask). They inform you of limited service during the COVID pandemic however, let you know about sack breakfast and local choices. Just a friendly place to be while away from home. Thank you!

Room was very clean. But had several issues :nn1. I called Day before my arrival time to ask if my room had a kitchen, I was told yes; therefore, I prepared to have meals in my room. When I arrived there was no kitchen and had to spend more money to buy get meals for my family.n2. When I made my reservation, I requested a King- one bedroom suite, instead I got a King studio. The front desk told me she could change my room the next day, but never got a call back with status or update.n3. I called Sunday morning to request a late check-out. I was told yes, we had until 1:00pm. I tried using my digital key and card keys to access room @11:15am, but couldn’t get in because they were deactivated.nI’m very disappointed, especially as a Hilton Member, of my stay. Please let me know how you can make this right. I would expect least at minimum one night stay in my future reservations elsewhere. ~Thank you, Mrs. Kathy Ybarra

Very clean rooms, great service, friendly staff, and most importantly security tower on the parking lot! Very safe area. Gerald at the front office was more than helpful with all customer service to make the stay as smooth as can be! All staff members very helpful not like the Marriott across the highway. I came from there very dissatisfied!nThanks
