Hey everyone this hotel need some work in side an on customer service i wasn’t told there doing remodeling until I showed up to check in at 9pm after calling in for a reservation I wanted to use the hot tub an I couldn’t witch isn’t a big deal but I couldn’ even wash my clothes or my wife’s. Would of really like to known more about this place before I payed 290 for three nights an you’d think that there be a discount because most of the hotel wasn’t working, I’ve stay at a lot of hotel this if by fare the worse one only good thing was they had a lot of open parking
Extreme construction going on, down to the studs in main hallway. Fans blowing on the carpets. Staff nice. Room was fine, no issues or smells. Petite breakfast.
Jason was VERY accommodating for our late check-out because our flight was later in the day. All the staff was very friendly and helpful (except one guy). Rooms and common areas were very clean. The outside area was a nice place to relax and enjoy the weather. I will continue to stay here when I visit the Houston area! Thanks Jason!
Nice place. Always clean and easy to find area that we need to visit.
Everything clean, peaceful, bath tub extremely nice like new, and of course all the staff are very friendly specially Heather and Jason!! I think this is the best hotel in the area if you are staying for business the closet is good or if you just want to get some rest you might enjoy it (coffee in lobby is so good!!)
