Used this company from start to finish. Always punctual, in constant communication, made the process so easy. I would highly recommend calling Jarrod and getting the job done right. They installed today and they were finished by 2 pm. Do yourself a favor and give them a call for sure!!

We used Impression Roofing to get our roof replaced after hail damaged our old roof. Case is great, very knowledgeable, professional and helpful! He came out and performed an initial inspection then met with the insurance adjuster and came out yet again when the roof was being replaced. We were always kept in the loop. Process was expedited and painless. Highly recommend!

Jarrod and his team were phenomenal from the get go. His knowledge as an appraiser streamlined the experience with our insurance company, and made replacing our hail damaged roof a painless task. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends! If you want it done right, the first time, give him a shout!

Jarrod had noticed small damage to the roof and approached me from the street. I was a bit uneasy at first when talking to him at the door, but after giving me a quick inspection he came from the roof with pictures of things I didn't know I should have been worried about! He had a no-nonsense kind of work and kept me in the loop of the whole process with the insurance agency. Safe to say I have a new and repaired roof!
