***Update: After all the run around and having this company out twice to fix a small roof leak, not only do I still have the exact same leak, it was actually made worse thanks to the second guy that came to fix the first guys work.nnI hired Zack to patch a small leak in my roof. I paid $550 which seemed a bit high for the scope of work, but he gave me the assurance he would take care of things if I had any future issue with the patch. I thought all was good until the first heavy rain came and the same leak reappeared. When I called him to fix the issue, he tried to make excuses to explain away why I still had the same leak. He said he would come out the next day to repair the leak. When he showed up, he once again tried to blame the issue on something else and told me I just needed a new roof, rather than accept responsibility for not properly patching my roof leak, on top of that, he said he didn’t have the materials to do the patch and would have to come back next day. The next day came and went, as did that week, along with the heavy rain. I called again the next week and he acted as he didn’t know his guy didn’t show to do the job. He again said someone would be out that Monday (it was a Friday). Big Surprise, no one showed up. I gave it another day and called again and was told the next day, (which is today 5/30/19). It was almost noon and still had not seen anyone, called Zack yet again and he again acted like he didn’t realize no one had come out. After letting him know my frustration, he got a little rude and said he does not usually come back out to fix his work and was doing it as a courtesy. I reminded him that he had originally said, “Don't worry, I will come back out if you have any issues”, but now he is acting like he is doing me a favor?! It is now after noon and one of his guys finally showed up. After speaking with him, he confirmed the patch was not done in the right area, so I basically paid to have extra work done on my roof that was not necessary to fix the leak. If you don’t know how to determine roof leaks and instead charge people to do repairs that are unnecessary and later make excuses or try to tell them they need a new roof...that is not good business nor is it quality work. I definitely can not recommend this company.
