The customer service is horrible the younger staff gives a lot of attitude to do there job. I went in yesterday to locate a certain product and the young woman was extremely disinterested in assisting. There is another location in the opposite direction no more than 2 miles away. I highly encourage you to go to that location. The staffing is way better.

Slowest drive thru ever! Currently in line been here more than 15 minutes and they haven't even finished helping the first person. I am here for covid testing and went inside at first before seeing signs saying not to do so. They have 2 people working. 1 is working and the 2nd person is just watching them with her hands on her hips. My appointment was for 11:10. I got here on time and its 11:30 and the line hasn't moved a single car.nnUpdate: It took 50 minutes but the woman helping me was lovely once it was my turn. Maybe CVS needs to staff their pharmacy's better.

Dr. Dalaq the pharmacist is amazing! Always has the best customer service and gives the most painless flu shot I’ve ever had!

Very long wait times every time I pick up my RX, sometimes it takes daysss! Longer wait time for them to pick up their phones. And when they pick up they'd be rude after putting me on hold for an hour?! I am done filling and transferring all my rx out of here. ASAP! Blame covid testings, sure but if you gonna add services to a pharmacy you have to hire more people too. Rx patients and covid testings patients are mixed plus flu shots, I feel bad for the people who works here. CVS just seems like they don't care about their employees so it has poor effects on the patients. Even the new pharmacy i wanted to transfer my rx are having so much hard time to transfer because it takes so long to get a hold of the pharmacist. Sorry for bad review but I just had to put this to CVS' attention and hopefully something they'll be encouraged to better their services. Oh almost forgot the bathroom, they only have one bathroom for customers and it is freaking disgusting. Sorry I'm never coming back here again.
