Presidio Roofing has earned my business! I had a situation where some shingles had come separated and fell off the roof. I submitted a request through the Presidio Roofing website after hours and was called the next business day. Tom came to my home and inspected the roof. Not only did Tom care about my roof, he cared about what was best for me. Tom spent time to educate me, shared with me potential concerns through pictures of my roof, and pointed out things to look out for going forward. Tom provided clear communication for next steps, and the estimate for the repair was reasonable.nnTom called me up the next day as there was an opening to make the repairs and Fernando went above and beyond to make sure the repair was done right and also took care of some other minor areas on the roof! They also made sure they matched the shingles as best they could. Tom even showed me the differences in the shingle construction. I feel I have way more roofing knowledge than I did a few days ago.nnThis company showed me they are in business to build relationships with their customers and I for one value this in a company. When it's time to replace my roof, I won't call on anyone else but Presidio. I have dealt with quite a few roofers in my life, not all of them good experiences. I dreaded choosing a company to handle my new roof after hail and wind storms caused damage. I happened upon the website of Presidio and it looked impressive. Tom Grems was quick to respond and he brought with him lots of experience in both the insurance and roofing business. Even though he wasn't sure he would get the job, he went on my roof and made repairs after a wind storm took some shingles. After I contracted with them, Tom worked directly with my insurance company. The company knew him well and trusted him. He encouraged me to go with an upgraded Class 4 roof by Owens Corning which increases resistance to hail and also gives me a significant decrease in my home insurance. The upgrades I made will pay for themselves in no time with what I save on home insurance. The results are wonderful. I have a beautiful roof and gutters...immaculate yard after they finished...and lower home owner insurance premiums. I highly recommend Presidio! They know what they are doing!

Presidio went above and beyond in helping me get my new roof. Nick took the time to work with my insurance company to ensure the item details in my claim estimate were correct. No other company I sought bids from was willing to do this. They replaced my roof quickly and spent the necessary time to thoroughly clean up afterwards. I also appreciated that they repaired areas of my roof that were done incorrectly when the house was built, and followed up with my insurance company to ensure no additional out of pocket costs for me. My wife and I recently had a roof replaced which also included some interior work to replace the drywall ceiling in our garage and bedroom that sustained water damage over the years as well as interior paint and complete gutter replacement.nnI have to say, Nick with Presidio is very professional and kept in constant contact with us during every step of the process from the initial insurance claim to full project completion.nnTo say we are happy with our choice of choosing Presidio is an understatement and would highly recommend them if you are in need of a new roof!
