Overall, I’d say we were pleased with the job Tridom roofing did (with a few caveats).nnThe Good: Communication is mostly great and they keep you well updated on where they’re at in the process and what’s to come. They seem like genuine people, very likeable. Roof is well done and looks great. Gutter contractors they used did a good job.nnThe Caveats: one color option on shingles and that’s it. Extra work on replacement of rotted fascia boards wasn’t a great value - the worst of it WAS replaced and painted to match (and looks great) but for $3k I was under the impression a lot more of it was going to be replaced than actually was. Lots of stray nails in the yard afterward (maybe every roof job has this issue?) but not great with small children running around.nnAgain, overall we were pleased and would recommend them but would also tell those we offered that recommendation to get very specific on what they are paying for to avoid any surprises after the job is done.nn4.0 Stars. Still really enjoy coming home and seeing our beautiful new roof even though it’s been a few months now.

The process what’s seamless. I had my whole roof replaced and they did everything from explaining how to work with the insurance company, doing the work while I was away, hiring at and all subs all the way to project completion. They were a great pleasure and constantly communicated as much as I needed to. Amazing work.

They were very professional and did an excellent job on our roof. I also appreciate that our home was able to be completed in one day. Thank you to all of the crew members and the staff that completed the job for us. It looks great!

My experience with Tridom Roofing and everyone on their staff couldn't have been more of a pleasure even during a tough time. They were there for me when my roof got ripped off my house when the tornado swept through San Antonio. Not only did they put a roof over my family's head they did a dang good job.nnTHANK YOU TRIDOM!nnHIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GIVE THEM A CALL.
