We had many roof quotes on one of our commercial flat roof properties last year, and leak seal came in with a competitive price, great customer service, and a great 10 year warranty. They can also reseal the roof again in the future with less product and an even more competitive price. I’d heard to be weary of roof coating systems such as silicone, and some other products. But after a quick search online fiberglass and asphalt emulsion is a 20 year product. What was nice was meeting the owner Ray at the job site the day the work was done. We haven’t had any water issues yet the next year. We also had them come back for some additional flashing work. Even with some small hiccups with the estimate, the company worked fast and ready to fix. I really appreciate all the communication and service from Ray, Paul, Adam, and the front office. You guys definitely made this huge roof headache a breeze.
