About a week ago I called for an estimate for repair needed caused by a recent hail storm. The representative came out a few days later and looked the roof over. He seemed very knowledgeable and took numerous measurements. I pointed out some other items I would like to have done as well. Robert looked at these roofing concerns of mine and said that they could fix these issues as well. After writing all my issues down and measuring everything he said he would send us a estimate via email that evening. Seeing as my wife and myself was very happy with the professional attitude of Robert we did not even bother trying to get a second estimate from another company.nnHere it is almost a week later and still we have no estimate even though i have called at least 3 times and even went into the office yesterday. I understand the company is busy and estimates can sometimes take time. I just wish that if this is not a job they want that they would be honest and say so. I have a leaking skylight that has numerous cracks in it now in urgent need of attention. Each day waiting for an estimate could be two or more days that the needed work will be delayed and increases the possibility of more water damage to the roof.

Called to get a quote to replace the metal roof on my house after having several leaks appear. A few days later their representative showed up and got on top of my house, looked the situation over and came back down. We discussed several options he took my info and said he would send me a quote through email. Eight days later I called their office to see about my quote because I had not received it. I was told their representative would call me right back. Three days later. He finally did call back..... He said that he would be out of the office for the next few days and would send it as soon as he returned. That was over a month ago! Either they're way too busy, and don't need anymore business,or, they just don't care?
