I chose Perez Roofing to re roof and install new gutters on my restaurant. Mr. Perez is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He understood exactly what I needed for the projects. His crew showed up on schedule and got my roof done in one day. They did excellent job and I’m very happy with the work that was done. I used Perez to replace the damaged roof on my home and as a manager of a construction company I have used them for several additional roofs both new builds and re-roofs. We had a leak through an exhaust fan and we called Perez Roofing after our son had his house roofed by them. We saw the great job they had done for our son and they immediately came out gave us an estimate and did the work the very next day. After finding out that they also did painting we hired Perez Roofing to paint our entire house. We are very pleased with the job they did and we would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

We are very satisfied with the work that was done by Perez Roofing. Mr. Perez came out within hours of calling them for an estimate to fix a roof leak. With in minutes of arriving he discovered some caulking was needed that should have been added when the house was built. He answered all the questions I had and showed knowledge of his craft (which saved us from replacing a section that didn't need to be replaced). Thank you again for the job well done!
