Taxes very high
The room has nice painting. The bed was awesome but the heater didn’t work and No Hot water. so I ask them to change me to another and they did but the room was dirty so I ask the to clean it. And they said they normally don’t clean the room or change the sheets because of Covid. So disappointed and discussed. So never again will we rent there.
The room was decent. Could have been cleaner, have a working fart fan in the tub room, and a non-dripping faucet at the sink. But the bed was very comfortable and the heater quiet. Didn't see the office people because they were hidden behind a very dark glass at the night window.nUnderstandable. But no free breakfast as advertised. P.o'd about that.
It was clean , but had to go get my own towels and toilet paper.
Rude and horrible staff. They refused to clean the rooms for the whole stay. Called to book rooms for extra night receptionist told us we had to call back because guests were fighting when we finally got ahold of the receptionist again to ask to extend the booking the response was it’s not available and then hung up! I get that the weather and COVId makes things difficult but that’s just unacceptable customer service. The rooms were reserved for healthcare workers that had to be close to the facility, but I definitely would not stay here again!
