Everyone working here is amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We came for heat and water during the bad snowstorm. The staff has gone above and beyond for this community, taking in as many people as they safely can. The employees have not left, working for days on end. We live nearby, but I will make it a point to stay here in the future just to support this business.
Clean room quiet enough and staff was helpful.nPrice was higher than advertised on line but only by 10 dollars.nOverall I'd probably stay again but I'd book online
Super clean and seems like a new place with lots of amenities..room was large,bed comfortable and nearby food.Overal highly recommended.
Amenities not as promised...The indoor pool's temperature control was off when we decided to go for a swim so it was freezing cold and the spa pool was soo hot it felt like i was being cooked alive. The breakfast was horrible they didnt even try, all we got was a paper bag with an orange juice and a Danish! And the employees at reception are just watching u like a hawk as u enter and leave the motel checking who's going and who's coming... did not feel so welcoming. Sadly i did not enjoy my stay and do not recommend.
No hot water Friday night OR Saturday morning! Contacted mgmt Friday night. They said it was fixed, but it still didn't get hot! I let it run 10+ minutes.nFor what I paid for that suite, that was not acceptable.
