Fun place good food

I wouldn’t even give this one star. The worst customer service I have dealt with. I called inquiring about certain policies and to confirm my reservation. They had it reserved on the wrong day in their system, but my confirmation email I received was correct. Traveling from out of town, that’s the only day I could rent the boat. I asked for a refund because I am only in town Saturday, but Cedar creek had me down for Sunday. This was an error on Cedar Creeks part, but wouldn’t issue a refund. I was told, I can use the rental another time within a year. That makes no sense. So if you want my advice, there are other Marina’s in the area that won’t steal $500 from you and not accept any responsibility. So now I have no boat to rent because there aren’t any available according to Melody & I can’t get a dime back for it.nnNot to mention, the Manager Joy is no help. I was told to contact the owner, but there is no way to contact him according to her. So how does that work?

Horrible experience. Messed up my rental after sending confirmation. Was told false information and horrible customer service. Manager instead of helping assist in the issue avoided the issue all together and refused to fix the issue. Would never book with this company.

Rented a deck boat for the day. Great experience. Their staff were very friendly and helpful. Boat was of good quality for a rental. Had a great time. Price was a bargain.

Really nice at the pontoon boat rentals. Gas pump workers were nice too. Busy marina on labor day!!
