Very rude Man at the window couldn't under stand him and the prices were not what it says. Said check in is 3 and I had to. E out by 11 am sucks I wont be back to even try to stay here

The first thing that struck me was the excellent customer service! Although it may not look like the Ritz-Carlton on the outside, the rooms are spacious, very clean, and have nice furnishings. while some people have mentioned bug problems, I did a thorough inspection before bringing my belongings in and see no evidence of either bed bugs, roaches, or any other bugs. I look forward to staying here again.
