Hampton Inn & Suites Mt. Juliet

We really enjoyed our stay here last night. The beds were comfortable, room clean with everything we needed, the pool was open and temperature perfect, and they served a hot breakfast this morning. We were also extremely impressed by their hospitality: we met a family at church visiting from out of town this morning who had to sleep in their car because there were no available rooms last night. Staff at this hotel gave them blankets and let them freshen up in the bathroom and then fed them breakfast. We've stayed in Mt. Juliet several times and tried several different hotels and believe we have found our hotel of choice. We will be back.nnP.s. the shower head was awesome. Full stream with other options. You'll enjoy your shower.

Very nice, clean hotel. It was really quiet. Occasionally you would hear a door slam. The pool was also clean, although a little chilly especially for younger children. Breakfast was good (eggs and sausage, cereal, waffles, fruit etc) and they had to-go boxes so you could easily take it back to your room if you wanted. The lady that served us breakfast every day was very nice.n24 hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate available in the lobby.nOur room was missing the remote to the tv when we arrived and they had us one within 30 minutes. All the staff was very friendly!nThe only flaw was no microwave in the regular rooms - only in the suites. There was one available for use in the lobby. We did have a mini fridge.

I always satisfied but this time my request was missed twice for room cleaning. I am staying with this hotel all the time for my business trip. Hope my next trip I will gain the best service back and will not have to move to different hotel.

We had family in for a funeral and Kristi at the front desk was a huge help coordinating rooms and helping me with a few requests. All had a lovely stay and pool was nice and warm. Thanks for taking away the stress at a difficult time.

Great hotel choice. We had a college visit in Nashville & this was a great choice. Excellent value for what we paid. Breakfast was good & it was nice to get fresh hot food served.
