The stay was awesome and the staff was very empathetic towards me and my family. They offered treats for my dog and everyone from the Front desk staff to the management was awesome. They worked promptly and efficiently to address any issues that our family brought up. I recommend this hotel and my email account was hacked and someone had written a negative review about the hotel. Please disregard the 1 star review and use this one instead

Super comfortable quiet hotel with extra large rooms and nice amenities for reasonable price. Breakfast was one of the better ones served during COVID-19. Fitness room was very good. Location near I40 and Providence Mall area is convenient yet quiet. Thank you for a nice visit .

Morning breakfasts were tasty and easy. Room was clean and well laid out. Staff very courteous. Plenty of parking and dog friendly. Only nit-pick is that entrance wasn't very clearly marked, but that may be because it's so new and maps aren't totally up to date. Would stay here again if need arose, and would be a great road-warrior place to stay. Plenty of nearby restaurants and retail.

I live in Nashville but often get work done of my home and like to get out of the way when that occurs. Home 2 is my go to spot. It’s literally my home away from home. The staff is friendly. The building is brand new. The rooms are always clean. The pillows and beds are super comfortable. And major extra +++ for being one of the few hotels in Tennessee without a raging mold problem.

My boyfriend and I were in town for work. Rooms were clean and staff is super friendly. Comfortable! The only two downsides were the construction outside was loud and the noise from the tools was constant for hours. Also, the walls/floors are pretty thin. You can clearly hear people moving, dropping things, slamming doors, etc.
