Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville Mt. Juliet

Booked here mainly because of the indoor pool since it's spring break and my kid wants to swim. I asked before I booked if the pool was open (because covid) and they told me yes. We changed and went downstairs to the pool and was told you had to reserve an hour slot to use the pool and it was already booked for that day... It would have been nice to have been told at check in. It would also be nice if they would make it 20 minute reservation instead of a full hour so more people could have a chance to use the pool. Check in is at 4 and the pool closes at 10. That's only enough time for 6 people out of this huge hotel to be able to swim.... Needs better management and customer service.

Really nice hotel. Would've given 5 stars but the front desk lady at check ins was a bit rude. Our stay was great. Spacious and clean room.

The stay was fantastic. The front desk was really helpful and polite. This is the first hotel I have been to that offers a small variety of there free continental breakfast. Their work out room and indoor pool is open by reservations made at the front desk.nnAnd finally but not last the rooms were nice and spacious for our needs will definitely be back if ever in the area.

This was an excellent stay, very spacious room. I really loved the fact that the room came with a kitchen pots and pans. The staff was very nice. The two girls that work morning and afternoon at the front desk were just the sweetest ever. They were so much of a help. My family and I will be coming back soon. When we come back we will be playing putt golf..if anyone is looking for a spacious room this is a great place to visit. It was a 4 year old 12 year old and 2 adults and we had a ball...nAnd not to mention how clean it was great washer and dryers pool area and work out room.nBut overall my favorite was the in house Bar...yassssss...nThank you guys for everything.

The hotel overall was very beautiful and the employees had great manners. I stayed for 4 nights and not once did house keeping come and bring us any toilet paper and we had no towels for the whole trip also housekeep never cleaned our room and their lights went out for about an hour.!
