Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mt. Juliet-Nashville Area

Love the location. However, there is a lot of construction in the area. Safe area. Rooms were clean, Beds could be a little more comfy, but for the price I’m not complaining. Rodney at the front desk is awesome. He is very friendly, personable, and helped make our stay very easy. Went above & beyond expectations. They need one of him at every Holiday Inn. It is a 10-15 min drive to downtown Nashville. No more then 30 min to all other attractions. About 2.5 hours to Gatlinburg. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores in the area. Loved being able to order my morning Starbucks from my room on their app, walk next door, pick it up, and start my day. Didn’t have to waste 30 min just waiting in line. Easy access on & off Interstate 40. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

We stayed here for a one night shopping trip to Nashville. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. It is in a wonderful location that is easily accessible to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. We will stay here again.

Hands down the best hotel on our trip! Wayne at the front desk was AMAZING and made sure we had everything we needed! Right off of I-40 and tons of places to grab food!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Hotel was clean overall with the exception of “urine” left on the toilet from previous guest(s) and mediocre type breakfast options due to COVID-19 obviously. We love the proximity of this location to Metro- Nashville as well it’s distance from various shopping and dining options close by. Salt water heated swimming pool was another big plus as I was traveling with my family which includes children. Would have given a full 5/5 hadn’t it been for the cleanliness of the bathroom in the room.

Flame was awesome! She was a delight. She was always smiling. We need more people like her.
