Knights Inn Lebanon

I spoke with Vivi at the front desk. She was rude, customer service skills seriously lacking, no empathy, and was cold from the beginning of our conversation. She offered no help. Basically told me to do it myself.nI would go across the street to Comfort Inn. Don’t waste your time.

Was a very quiet and peaceful eestkng place. Was resting for the ling 14 hour drive back home. Will be using this place more often as I head out that way.

Floor was dirty. Proprietor tacked on fee after fee until the price was just shy of $70 which was WAY , especially since they didn't offer a breakfast citing the covid virus, which is bogus since other hotels are still offering breakfast. At most, the price of this place should be $40 and someone needs to teach housekeeping how to use a vacuum cleaner.

Its exactly what it is, the cheapest place around. I'd like to be able to say that at least it was clean but I can't.
