Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lebanon

I had a great time, room was clean and neat. I definitely felt that I had gotten a great value of a 2-star hotel. The issue I had during my stay was the complete disregard for the other guest wearing masks during the stay. I know that each state has different regulations and rules on how to conduct business, but if you have a sign that states that you must wear a mask. Enforce it. Its not just my health that is at risk, it is everyone who enters and leaves. It felt like the staff didn't enforce just to avoid a confrontation. Social distancing guidelines were in place and the staff did follow them, but again there was a lack of any enforcement on the guests. Again, it felt like it was to avoid confrontation. I would love to hear back regarding what the manager has to stay say regarding this complaint outside of the cookie-cutter customer service response.nnEdit: 3/25.nCannot enforce? It's a mandate, you sure as hell can enforce that. If they don't wear a mask then they shouldn't be allowed in or to stay. You're just worried about your bottom dollar and potential profit loss. You're not worried about anyone's well-being aside from what you are legally obligated.

My husband and I stayed at this location for two nights and it was great! We were coming from out of state and had a family emergency half way through our 9 hour drive and had to turn around to go back home. The woman at the hotel was incredibly helpful when I called about our delay. I am very, very appreciative of the kindness they showed us. We had a rough start to the trip, but it quickly turned around thanks to Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lebanon. The beds were nice, the room was very clean, and the breakfast may have been the best complimentary breakfast we've had! Thank you so much to the wonderful ladies that work here! Hope to see you next time we are in Tennessee!

Excellent! Great service and clean room. I forgot stuff due to it was an emergency impromptu trip but to my surprise they had shampoo condition and body wash in full bottles in shower! That was a great surprise! Breakfast was nice as well!

My family and I stopped here on our way home to NY from Texas. This was the best hotel we stayed in on our whole trip and we will definitely plan to come back when we go visit again! So happy to have a comfortable bed and hot breakfast! All the staff was friendly and helpful, even with us getting in after midnight. Thanks so much!

The young lady Jordan that checked us in was very nice and friendly. Very clean, awesome room and had one of the best nights sleep would stay her again. Breakfast is so so but it comes with the stay.
