Sleep Inn and Suites, Union City, TN

Nice and clean new hotel. Right next to the Discovery Park of America museum which is why we picked it. Staff was nice and helpful. The staff also dealt with a few incidents where people were not following pool rules which resulted in the pool being closed for the night and a guest letting their dog poop all in a hallway. The hotel dealt with it and didn't neglect it which is not often seen anymore it seems. Unfortunately too many people ruin stuff for others but in this case the hotel is not to be blamed as they handled it. The pricing was great and the room was very clean and comfy. Would definitely recommend.

I must say it was refreshing to come home unexpectedly several months ago & receive quality service. EVERYONE was exceptionally nice. I was even given a hand written bereavement card, which I truly needed to break barriers! I still have the card! ud83dude0a The hotel was outstanding all around the board!! I truly hope that the quality of service & upkeep of this hotel remains in tack. I look forward to seeing those lovely smiling faces when I visit again! THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME!❤

Seemed pretty new. Loved the room! Breakfast was just grab and go but was a life saver! The staff was all very nice. Would stay here again. This place is right next to the Discovery Park of America.

I must begin by saying the hotel is really nice. My classmate that I’ve known for years was at the front desk. (Great seeing her it’s been awhile )Needless to say everything went well, check-in was great. Took my bags to the room and came back left out. I arrived back at the hotel around 8pm. I had a very Exhausting day. Around 10:30-10:45 I heard a very loud noise coming from the guest above, running, jumping, just a lot. I called down stairs to see if they could call to get the guests to settle down. I was told “sure” I’ll give them a ring! NEVER HAPPENED. Okay 11pm I called again this time I spoke with the manager “ I need to be either moved downstairs or to the 3rd floor “ ( I was on the second floor room 219) the manager apologized put me on hold then said I can moved you I’ll come right up. I had to pack up all my belongings at 11:10pm to moved upstairs. I asked her “do you hear that running and jumping” she stated “yes I do” (sorry once again) I was moved to room 328 I was given a free (soda) card for beverage (strange) but okay. I did sleep well. Future references all put large crowds on the first floor level. Guest shouldn’t have to be moved AT ALL. I would love to speak with corporate office Monday. Thank you

Great place to stay! Very clean, comfy beds, and friendly staff. We could see the Christmas lights at Discovery Park from our window. I thought their pool was outdoor so we didn’t bring our swimsuits. The pool is small but the area is really clean. The grab and go breakfast is well organized. We will be back!
