Hampton Inn Kimball

Clean, fresh and comfortable room and bed. Friendly and attentive at the front desk. Helped us find a place for dinner. A few choices very close by and close to everything a traveler needs. The interstate exit has a mountain feel.nA good choice.

Beds were comfy, room was decent. But floors and bathroom were filthy! There was a mysterious stain on the box spring and carpet and there was pee still on the toilet seat from the last guest. Plus a plastic trash bag over the smoke detector in our room. The housekeepers don’t sanitize or thoroughly clean the rooms whatsoever. There was even egg shells and some kind of other trash stuck to the floor outside of the 3rd floor elevator landing. Taking 5 extra minutes to actually clean the room would make my guest experience a 4-star.

They need to do more cleaning in the rooms, you read that right, they need room cleaning please.

Staff is friendly, rooms are nice, breakfast is yummy, what more can I say? Great value for your money...

The beds were too soft, and the pillows were too! I had a hard time figuring out how the spigot on the shower worked.
