BEWARE!! THEY DON'T ACCEPT ONLINE RSERVATIONS!! I did not stay here. I found that the rooms were available on multiple booking websites including Priceline for a low price. Before booking online, I called this place to confirm that the rooms are really available and the booking websites are not overbooking. The person told me that the rooms were available for a price twice of the online price. No problem. I told him that it's cheaper online and I will book online. He told me that they haven't listed their hotel online and they will NOT accept any online reservations!

Comfortable stay and I accidentally left my laptop in a drawer and the management called me to tell me they would hold it for me until I got there.

Upon entering, room had a weird musty smell, with 2 minutes of opening the door, we found 4 ROACHES! Took pictures to show the front desk and was told they would move us to a different room. Sorry if 1 room has roaches, they all do! I asked to cancel the room and for a refund. I was told because I booked the room online, I needed to call them. Which I did and was told they needed approval from the hotel to do so. Basically when the online service called for cancellation approval, THE MANAGER OF THE HOTEL DECLINED THE REFUND! So basically, we were left without a room and our money! This is the WORST hotel I have ever been to, the staff sucks, the manager sucks, and they have coach roaches! Do yourself a HUGE favor and KEEP DRIVIBG!!!

Dont go here. They will cheat you. After booking this property through expedia and prepaid with no refund we come there and front desk make us pay additional $40 or he would not give us room. We couldn't cancel because it was prepaid reservation. Expedia couldn't help. It was late and we couldn't find other place to go so we had to pay. One big scam. Read all reviews, they do it regularly

My husband and I come here 2 times a year. And this time was horrible. No breakfast not even individual wrapped muffins or juice boxes. So you go from great breakfast to nothing. Then the room we got put in has a few holes in the walls the carpet is coming off the base board the vent in the bathroom was not properly installed and coming off the wall. The base of the shower was not sealed there is black stuff under the clear caulk in the tub the shower curtain rod is not screwed in all of the way it also droops so the curtain does not stay closed. Not to mention I had to clean when I came in because of the black hair still in the shower and a dirt ring. The worst part of all of this is there were roach bugs in the room. I have never experienced these things here before but this time was absolutely horrible.
