Best Western Inn

Couldn't get the card in the slot for the door, pushed down hard, it opened, put cards together and a roach was on the other side of card. It came from in the slot. Sprayed the room with disinfectant. Also I'm in a wheelchair and could not get in the bathroom with the chair.. Getting a shower was horrible. Need handicap bathrooms. Never stay here again, and handicap parking was taken. Need to put those electric car post somewhere else, you open your car door and hit the next car. Also, need more places to get up on the sidewalks with wheelchair...from Ohio.

There was a mix up on my reservation. They were at full occupancy, but immediately offered me then honeymoon suite. Fantastic service and very nice accommodations.

They are very sweet people there and they go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and that you have a great stay and come back again. I most definitely recommend Best Western inn in Winchester Tennessee.

What can I say reasonable prices, excellent cleanliness, very polite staff.nnMy family's second stay here. And there will be more.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, amazing continental breakfast. Clean and suitable rooms - sanitized. Nice well lit parking lot.
